Kim Kardashian joined gym for sexy bodyKim Kardashian has recommended that she keeps her curves in shape by donning her gym clothing and taking part in cardiovascular exercises as well as muscle-sculpting workouts.

The model and TV celebrity told Shape magazine that she thinks there is “nothing better” than working up a sweat at the gym.

“I have cellulite, just like nearly every other woman on the planet. And just because I consider secure with my body doesn’t mean I think cellulite is cute,” Kim said.

She went on to explain that cellulite will always be an matter for her but that she is working to obtain divest of it. The brunette told the magazine that she also enlists the help of Los Angeles-based personal trainer Gunnar Peterson a few days a week in order to keep fit.

Exercising down at the gym in ladies fitness clothing not only helps women to keep in shape but also reduces their blood pressure and risk of heart attacks, the Blood Pressure Association’s supervisory director Mike Rich recommended recently.
